- 5K: Featuring 13 of our famous teamwork-inspired obstacles crammed into a 5K (3-mile course), Tough Mudder 5K is a fast-paced, team-oriented challenge sure to test you and your friends. With obstacles like Kiss of Mud, Everest, Mudderhorn, and Electroshock Therapy, you’re guaranteed to level-up your boring old 5K jog.
- 10K: Packed with 20 of our famous obstacles, Tough Mudder 10K (6+ miles) is the perfect mix of distance and challenge. With obstacles like Arctic Enema, Everest, Mudderhorn, and Electroshock Therapy, you’re guaranteed to take you 10K run to the next level.
- 15K: The 15K course clocks a whopping 9+ miles of running and 30 of our world-famous obstacles. In addition to 5 new obstacles for 2022, the 15K is reserved for some of the legendary signature obstacles: Funky Monkey, Cage Crawl, and Electric Eel.
4. You’ll surprise yourself with what you’re capable of
