Our Program Director for Tough Mudder Bootcamp, ERock, has put together this 7 minute gut-busting core workout for our Mudders. With 90 second intervals, 30 sec each exercise, he combines planks, inchworms and more planks, to get those abs shredded and that core ready for your 2018 Tough Mudder event.
