As the old saying goes, “necessity is the mother of invention” and with children across the country at home for the foreseeable future parents are definitely going to need to keep them busy. So we were pretty excited when members of our community started sharing an awesome viral video showing an at-home kid’s obstacle course created by ingenious Mom Kylie McNab. With a soundtrack of Eye of the Tiger (start line memories anyone?) and a pint-sized daredevil who would clearly earn their Mini Mudder headband with ease, we had to share it with you.
Indoors Doesn’t Have to Be Boring
Using simple everyday objects like sofa cushions and chairs this indoor challenge is easily recreated in your own home. Want to take it a step further? Put two chairs back to back and have your Mini Mudder shimmy through the space, just like the Secret Agent Squeeze, or if you’re lucky enough to have a back yard incorporate some muddy puddles and make your very own Mini Mud Mile.
Sharing is Caring
Once you’ve built your very own at home kid’s obstacle course share it with us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using #MiniMudderChallenge – you could share your creation with our community and maybe even inspire brand new Mini Mudder obstacles for the 2020 season.
