1. Guided Workouts 

Browse Coach-approved workouts on the Microsoft Health web dashboard and app. Sync your favorite to your Band, press go, and follow along – it doesn’t get any easier. Don’t see the sweat session of your dreams? Create one of your own in the dashboard. Bottom line – you’ll never have to print out a PDF of a workout ever again (unless you want to).
