So, What Exactly is Tabata? 

Tabata, a specific type of HIIT workout, consists of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Designed to elevate your heart rate with short recovery windows, tabata can be performed with almost any exercise, anywhere, and to meet everyone’s personal fitness needs. Featured in the #RXercise: HIIT Workout with Coach Mud video below, Coach will lead you through 3 different rounds of tabata workouts each targeting different muscles to allow for a full body workout to leave you in top notch shape. 

#RXercise: HIIT Workout with Coach Mud 

Warmup: Coach lead warmup to loosen your muscles and get your body moving 

Round 1: Pushups. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete 8 rounds 

Round 2: Sit Ups. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete 8 rounds

Round 3: Jumping Lunges. 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete 8 rounds
