As a Legionnaire, you’ve already proven you’ve got the balls to walk (or sprint) through Electroshock Therapy, the finisher obstacle for all rookie Mudders. In 2016 we switched it up and created a brand-spankin-new Legionnaire finisher experience aptly named Frequent Flyers’ Club.
Here’s how it works: Built directly next to Electroshock, you’ll make your way to the top of this obstacle by rope climbing up to a platform 15 feet off of the ground. Once you reach the top, hang out and watch fellow Mudders fight (or faceplant) their way through 10,000 volts below. From there, you’ll embark on a short climb to another platform – dig deep, face your fear of heights, and take a glorious leap, attempting to hit the bell that corresponds with your Legionnaire status. Once you hit the crash pad below, you’ll have the option to either cross the finish line, collect your headband, and grab a cold beer, or head over to Electroshock Therapy just for kicks (if you’re crazy enough).
