We’ve spent a lot of years coaching prospective Mudders through hitting the mud and tackling obstacles. There is certainly something to be said for upping your cardio and building strength before you face the course but more often than not the biggest barrier for people is in their mind. Luckily, this year we’ve had partner Mike’s Hard Seltzer to remind us to kick back, relax and not overthink it – that’s their mantra.
