Post-Workout Recovery Bites
Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups Quaker Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 small mashed banana
2 Tbsp Honey (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in large bowl and mix well. Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour; then separate into 24 (Tbsp sized) balls. Keep refrigerated.
