If you’re looking to mix up your training regime with some equipment in 2020, it doesn’t get much easier (or cheaper) than a resistance band. And band workouts—while hardly new—are growing in popularity, big time, no doubt because they’re great for defining muscles, increasing flexibility, and boosting your range of motion. Basically, a resistance band workout can easily work your whole body.
Full Body Resistance Band Workout

You can pick your favorite 10 moves and try a full-body band workout (start with 8-12 reps of each move, adding more as you get stronger) or mix in one or two moves with your regular workout.
