You’re in your driveway at 7:30 on a Saturday night and you are ready to tackle the the next obstacle on your list of Tough Mudder Challeneges. It’s the Deja Vu challenge, an activity that is as much mental as it is physical. While adding up miles on a run or a bike ride takes quite a bit of physical fortitude, the Deja Vu Challenge requires mental grit too.
The challenge is simple. Find a space no longer than 50 meters (150 feet) and gain as much distance as you can pacing back and forth. Extremely mental as it is physical, right?
Going back to our imagined scenario, picture your nosy neighbors looking over their shrubbery wondering what is going on over there. Maybe they even strike up enough curiosity to ask you. Well, if this has happened to you like it has to many of us, tick off a mark on your Challenges Bingo card.
